Want to experience Iceland unlike anyone else has, EVER? Winter camping in Iceland is truly a once in a lifetime expedition! After all, Iceland is hardcore in general during winter because of weather and the massive amount of darkness that grabs hold of this tiny island in the North Atlantic.
What to Expect:
You’ll travel in via super jeep, by hiking, or on cross country skies to a beautiful winter landscape. The journey in could be from 1 hour or up to 6 hours. Once you arrive at the private location, you’ll pitch your tent or build your snow house. Dinner is next on the agenda and will be based on your groups preferences! Imagine witnessing Northern Lights dancing above you before you retire into your tent for the night. Group size is limited to 6 people or less.
